Journey On

Listening to Journey On reminded me how important it is to dedicate time to relax especially at the end of the day. Lying down or sitting in a recliner after loosening any tight clothing helps enjoy this intriguing time. As I progressed through the muscle groups I concentrated hard on relaxing and taking deep breaths. Having control over relaxing my body and blood flow to certain parts of my body was a powerful experience particularly when my hands and arms were warm and heavy. Opening my eyes slowly brought me back to full awareness yet feeling truly relaxed.

  1. Hi Annette,

I finally learned where to post on blogs! Yay! I am such a newbie to this stuff. Anyway. I really liked the relaxation exercise too. I did not only feel relaxed but I felt "filled." My whole body was so relaxed. Its hard to describe but when I meditate, I feel a humming vibration. Now you think I'm nuts huh? Lol. See you in class.

  2. Hi Annette, glad you arrived to the world of blogging, quite an adventure. I was quite anxious at onset of listening to journey on. I had been on the computer for four hours at that point with class, and schoolwork. It didn't take me long to unwind and get my second wind. I must remember these techniques as we journey on through this term.

  3. Hello Traci,

Blogging is very new to me too. Once I get used to it I will remember how to get back to where I should reply. The relaxation exercise, Journey On was so relaxing to me until I put my headphones on and listened to it a second time. It was so relaxing until I am skeptical about listening to it again. I felt like I had spent time at the spa, Ha Ha. It was a great experience. Looking forward to next seminar.

  4. Hello Rozb,

Finally I have arrived to the world of blogging and I must say it is quite an adventure. Journey On was so relaxing until I told my husband I wanted him to listen to it one day. As we Journey On through this class I will remember what to do if I get to the point of being overwhelmed. Meet you at next seminar.
