Journey On

Listening to Journey On reminded me how important it is to dedicate time to relax especially at the end of the day. Lying down or sitting in a recliner after loosening any tight clothing helps enjoy this intriguing time. As I progressed through the muscle groups I concentrated hard on relaxing and taking deep breaths. Having control over relaxing my body and blood flow to certain parts of my body was a powerful experience particularly when my hands and arms were warm and heavy. Opening my eyes slowly brought me back to full awareness yet feeling truly relaxed.
